Bolu Pelangi

Thank you so much Riana of "Pennylane" for being so kind....I love all your books which you sent me and today I tried a couple of the recipes which turned out well.... Once again...Thanks Riana.

    Is this a bake or steam lapis?
    It doesnt look like it's being bake, course the layers all looked even and nice.

    I stumble upon you blog last three months & have love it and will check to see any new recipes daily if I am working on that day without fail. Thank you very much for sharing. You have been very wonderful with all your new bakes. Thanks again & have tried some of your recipes & its wonderful. Hope to need your advise on oven. I have a small table top oven only but thought of changing to one bigger one in future & need your advice. Thanks.

    Hi anonymous,

    I've used Ariston and it's not bad but there are good ovens like Miele, Bosch and Eka that works very well. I think most oven work the same way so no problem whichever you chose.
