ReplyDeleteWhy is this called red cabbage when the the color is green. How does this taste? Someone offer me zucchini cake...it taste too green and I don't really like that.

ReplyDeleteThe red cabbage is at the back ground and it's purple in colour. Strange...after baking, it turned bluish, some kind of chemical reaction due to the baking soda.
