    hi aunty, will you be conducting any class? i am really keen to learn from you! i love to bake but no one teaches me, so i alws gong gong bake, then nobody wants to eat cos its not nice :(

    Hi evansilla,

    There's a mixture of white sugar and light brown sugar, hence the light colour.
