    A friend has been asking me to bake a simple butter cake for her since last year.

    I don't have a recipe for butter cake. Could you please share this recipe.

    Btw, do you conduct cake baking classes. I'm interested too.

    It's a butter cake stablilizer , more like a shortening to me. White in colour.
