Using Butter Block instead of Pastry Margarine

    It's a butter puff pastry...crispy and buttery. A little tough to do tho...cos the butter block is so soft compared to Puff Pastry.

    I didn't buy the Butter block, I made the butter block by mixing unsalted butter with bread flour.
