    it look like cupcake but actually got the chicken fillings inside, like pie.....hope this refresh ur memory.....

    ah...that's chicken cupcakes. What happened was that I was making chicken pie as you can see from the gathering and I have left over fillings. I prepared a cupcake batter and used the balance fillings from the chicken pie and ta da....chicken cupcakes. Hopes that helps you.
    My chicken pie fillings is posted in the blog and you can use any of my cupcakes recipe e.g. the blueberry cupcakes.

    the shapes of the moulds, be it for jellies or moonies or any other of your receipes looks so pretty.
    i dun seem to locate any such pretty shaped moulds in PH or SL or KCT or even in Ailin BH.
    you must have a big collection of them. a cupboard full to spare some? hee.
