  4. Hi Aunty Yochana,

Is it due to the "special" Canape Bread Molds, somehow the bread appears more "yellowish"? Does it take longer time to bake in this special mold? Can bake pound cake inside? Must be in dough form or liquid type? Heehee, sorry for my silly questions. Please don't laugh.

    Regards.

  7. Hi Mool,

It was raining when I started taking photos so the lighting is very misleading but the bread is white like the loaf.

  9. Hi Aunty Yochana,

Baked this bread last nite as well. My bread always turn out to be slightly yellowish! No idea y? Is it due to the yeast? Am using active yeast, brown colour packaging. The crust of the bread appear to be "wrinkled" as well, unlike yours, very smooth. Please advise, aunty Yochana. Thanks.

    Regards.

  10. Hi Mool,

Try using dry Instant Yeast instead of the wet one and see what you come out with. Please let me know cos I'm eager to know why the yellowish colour??

  11. Hi Aunty Yochana,

I checked the yeast that I used. It was Red Man Dry Instant Yeast. Could it be I added too much of it? Hmm, will try again next week n let u know the results again. Thanks Aunty Yochana.

    Gd nite.

  12. Hi Mool,

Try using this brand "SAF" instant yeast. I have been using this brand for more than 20 years.
