Hi Aunty, this pie looks delish. Can u post the recipe pls? I luv anything with pineapple/orange/lemon/lime and coffee also. I tried yr Coffe & chocolate creme brulee tart and it came out not bad. I divided it into two portions and gave one to a friend. She says it was very good! But the coffee layer was like so much less than the chocolate one. And I found the pastry too soft to roll so I just pressed in into the foil pans that I used. Don't forget to post this recipe soon and thanks so much for your lovely goodies!
