  1. Aunty dear,

What did you use for the puff? Do you make your own pastry or is it the readymade ones? Nowadays, I always use the frozen pharata to make puffs.

  7. Hi glory,

The apple filling is very simple.

I used 4 granny smith apples (green apples). Cored and sliced.
Place 2 Tbsp. of butter into a saucepan till it melts, add in sliced apples and then 1/2 cup of sugar and cook for about 8 to 10 mins. Add in 1/3 tsp. of cinnamon powder and some grated nutmeg or nutmeng powder. Let it cool and then you can use it as filling.

  8. Hi Glory,

I forgot to add that if the apple filling is watery, add in 1 Tbsp. of cornflour to thicken it.
