ReplyDeleteI steamed tis yesterday too but yours is so smooth. May I ask do we need to sieve both mixture before steam? Possible to share your recipe cos I would love to try it again.

ReplyDeleteI thought you have the recipe since you made it yesterday? After mixing flours with liquid, you have to sieve it to prevent lumps when you cook over the stove.
