    You are the first blog i visit when i on my computer everyday. I really salute u cos u bake everyday n u r so kind enough to share us your recipes. Not everyone can do that. Hopefully I could meet u one day when i visit S'pore.

    Im one of yr bigger fan....I love to read yr blogs...and I'm love baking like you, but still in learning stage.
    Can I know what kind of oven should i used to bake a nice cake like yours?Is it the size and quality of the oven will affect the result of the baking? Thanks and best regards

    Hi Pauline,

    I use an Ariston oven to bake my cakes. Most ovens are of the same size - quite standard. New ovens are normally very good for whatever cakes you bake and as time goes by, the temperature may either be colder or hotter giving bad results to cakes.

    I've been using Ariston for many decades and I do like this brand. There's a brand called "Brandt". I'm wondering if anyone owns this brand. I'm also curious to know how good it is and of course there is "Miele" brand which is of a higher end.

    Hi aunty,
    Is it I can find the Ariston oven in any of the electric shop?Coz Im from Malaysia, not sure can find the same brand oven in Malaysia or not.

    Yes..Malaysia has Ariston Oven. Go to any electrical shop that sells household appliances and I'm sure they have.
