    i've been wondering how do you cut the cake?when i cut the cake i don't get a neat cut, it always have residues at the edge,..any tips on that?

    To cut the cake, get a good serrated knife like Victorinox. Sun Lik sells this. Good knife to invest in.

  9. well, everything u've done it's worth it. it makes so many ppl happy and for example me, it'some kind of de-stress therapy by looking at ur blog!hehe. about the cutting the cake, do i make a sawing movement or just keep the knife parellel cut it down at once or keep the knife at an angel?

    It depends on what you're cutting. If you cutting a cake, do the sawing action and if it's a biscuit base, saw a little just to get a depression and then press it down lightly.

  11. Will you please give me the recipe to this cake? Also, I am not familiar with the measurements you use on other posted recipes. If you could either convert the units to fractions of teaspoons, tablespoons and cups or help me locate a conversion chart that would be so helpful. My email address is trent_alana@mail.com

    You can actually convert it yourself.

    e.g.

    1 cup = 250 ml. or gm.
    1 tsp = 5 gm.
