    Yr chrysenthemum Honey juice looks really great. What r those yellow balls on it? I am having a bad sore throat after eating too much of the new year cookies, kueh chee and bak kwa. Could u plse post the recipe. Really need something to cool my throat b4 I lost my voice.

    The yellow balls on top are fresh mangoes and the crysenthemum tea jelly is at the bottom. Anna Phua is teaching this jelly at the moment and it's just not ethical to post it now. Maybe later but if you can't wait...Anna Phua is conducting classes on these ice jellies.
