  5. Hi didally,

I also got the small doughnut tray but this is not a tray. It's like a waffle maker...no need to bake in the oven.

  6. Hi sally,

This doughnut is using baking powder and surprisingly, it's soft till the next day. I will try the instant yeast version soon.

  13. I made this using normal oven and my doughnut tray. I would say it doesn't taste like regular doughnut - more like a cake to me but my kids and me like it. Something I will make often as it is easy. FYI, I turned the doughnut halfway through baking to get an even browning. Thanks for sharing Lucy :)

  20. Hi, thanks for all the wonderful recipes u gave us. I have made the doughnut using the doughnut maker, similar to yours but it turned out 1 side is darker than the other side. Do you know why? I followed exactly like your recipe given. The maker will automatically off after 2 mins (when it's done). Thks.

  24. Hi Aunty, can you give the recipe for the instant yeast one? I followed this recipe and it tasted really good except that it does not rise as well as yours. How do i make it rise higher?

  25. Hi Yochana,

I'm from the Netherlands and i've tried your mini dougnut recipe. They were so soft and yummy, i added more suger to the batter, because i didn't coat them with sugar. Thanks for the recipe!
