  1. All your agar agar and cakes look so delicious, real yummy. Aunty, do you have a kueh bangkit receipe to share? Love this CNY cookie but the store bought ones are not fragrant enough. I made some kueh koya according to your posted receipe and it turned out successful. Thanks a lot.

    I have recipes for kueh bangkit. There is a kueh bangkit recipe in the book "New year Cookies" Y3K which is sold in Popular Book Store. Perhaps you would like to try that recipe first. It's quite a good recipe though.

  4. hi, i really love your agar-agar cakes and im really excited to try one of those, the problem is i dont think agar-agar powder is available here in manila, can i ask if there is a substitute for agar-agar powder? thanks so much

    use jelly powder. I think in Manila you have 'Alsa' gulaman...something like that.
