    yochana,

    why yr bread look soft yet my bread is kinda hard? when i put in fridge,it's like rock.the reason is? why hav i done wrong? pls direct me,auntie.how to make soft bread? i dont have breadmaker.

    You need a powerful machine to beat your dough or get a good bread machine to do it.

    Hi Aunty,

    Is it neccessary to have a powerful stand mixer to beat the bread dough? Mine is a hand held mixer and i heard it's not powerful enough so usually i use my hands.

    Hi Aimei,

    For buns, you can buy the bread machine which is not so expensive. Years ago I bought the Sanyo Bread Factory machine for only S$200+...and till today it still works well. This machine is no more in production nor for sale but you can get other brand. Perhaps now the price of bread machine are much cheaper.
