  8. Dear Yochana,

Could you please advise how you managed to get the two tone Harlequins (is it a cookie or a sponge cake) as well as the Yin and Yang cookies ?? Would any cookies recipes do ie just the method of shaping it is different ?? It's really fascinating. I must salute you for your culinary expertise as well as your imaginations. Your imaginations really put you one step ahead of the others. Much impressed.

  12. Dear Jocye,

any cookie recipe can do both the yin-yang and the two tone.

For two tone, roll into a log, cut into quarters and stick them together.

For Yin-yang, divide into colour and roll one side flat and stick both together.

    chill it before slicing.

  13. Windyqal,

You can buy sour cream from cold sotrage, ntuc, jasons...any supermarket.

They have a lot of brands but I like to use "Dairy Farmers" brand.
