For the 2 tbsp. flour, just scoop with your tablespoon, level will do.

For chocolates, 1 oz. is about 28 gm. but we normally round it off to 30 gm. Calculate accordingly and weigh it. Plus minus does not matter at all.

rgdsAunty Yochanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07265525349059979821noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30137456.post-84376504994103851292008-05-14T16:01:00.000+08:002008-05-14T16:01:00.000+08:00aunty..sorry to botehr you again..but i need help~...aunty..
sorry to botehr you again..
but i need help~:(
i saw this recipe online and hope to try it out..
but i dunno how should i convert the measurments for the ingredients..
this is the measurments that are written there:
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons All-Purpose flour
2-1/3 cups (14 ounces) milk chocolate, coarsely chopped, melted and cooled slightly

and aunty, is it convenient for you to provide me your email..?
:)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30137456.post-63194169619020560602007-08-16T22:13:00.000+08:002007-08-16T22:13:00.000+08:00Hi Jasmine,Those are bought from Sun Lik.rgdsHi Jasmine,

Those are bought from Sun Lik.

rgdsAunty Yochanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07265525349059979821noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30137456.post-57186784792130057862007-08-16T17:46:00.000+08:002007-08-16T17:46:00.000+08:00hi aunty, can i ask where you get those animal dec...hi aunty, can i ask where you get those animal decoration from? did you make it yourself?Jasminehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11377856672492913117noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30137456.post-51365223466185489542007-05-30T15:11:00.000+08:002007-05-30T15:11:00.000+08:00Hi cyndi,Probably your recipe has a high content o...Hi cyndi,

Probably your recipe has a high content of butter and that makes the cupcake oily causing the paper to leave the cake.

rgdsAunty Yochanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07265525349059979821noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30137456.post-54189223423911791132007-05-30T13:53:00.000+08:002007-05-30T13:53:00.000+08:00Hi Aunty,Whenever I bake my cupcake, my cake will ...Hi Aunty,
Whenever I bake my cupcake, my cake will "tear" away from the paper cup.
