Hi Aunty Yochana

Wow, this cake looks so unique & chocolately. Just wondering, how did you do the stripped triangular top & circles at the side?

What is a Manjari Cream?

I guess the layers are cake, mousse, cream, mousse, cake & covered by ganache?

Hello, what is the round thing along the border of the cake? It complements the cake very nicely.

Lucy,
Manjari is one of my favourites too!
Not too sweet and not too bitter, just nice.
