Hi yen li,

no problem at all...you're always so sweet to me.

The sugee cookies recipe is already posted in my blog. Just key in the word "sugee cookies" in the search space on the right hand side corner (top) and it will appear.

Hi Aunty,

Very cute looking cookie, I like the small glossy dot on top. May I know how you did it?

Hi Let's masak,

It's just egg yolk. Aunty want it fast, so i used my index finger, dip into egg yolks and then on top of the cookies.

Hi Lucy

May I know if I can use semolina flour to replace with the plain flour? Bought for quite some time but don't know what to do with it.

Next, any change in the texture of cookies if I use Crisco shortening instead of Qhee?

Thanks for yr advice.

Hi Catherine

Actually i don't use semolina for sugee cookies. I used ghee. If you use shortening than your sugee cookies doesn't taste like sugee.

Aunty,

Can't imagine it is as simple as that. Thanks for sharing, the little egg yolk dot certain make the cookies more appealing. :)

Hi auntie,

I can't seem to find the recipe nor the search space. Is the recipe removed? Also, how much milk do i use to replace the egg?
Thanks for your advice.
