hi aunty some of the cookies call for clarified butter and ghee, what should i use if i cant find any of this here? thanks

Hi anonymous,

You can make your own clarified butter.

Just melt down your butter or ghee over low heat till it's clear and slightly brownish.

Hi adeline,

sugar paste will dry up and turns hard while fondant will still stay soft but not wet.

Dear Aunty

How you make them stay in one without them going all wet in out hot weather? You said you use sugar paste, do you make it yourself or do you buy it? I had no problems using fondant or gum paste to make figurines in the USA but in Singapore, it just goes all wet and soft. Would appreciate you wisdom.

Thank you.
