This is yeast added.

There is a Hong Kong Style Ma Lai Koh recipe that you posted. Can I use this recipe but there is no mention of yeast. Appreciate your advice as I am very keen to try it out.

Hello Auntie you have a HK Ma Lai Kou recipe so can I use this recipe
but that recipe has not yeast so can I use this and add the yeast and if so how much.

Hi! Your ma-lai-gao looks superb. My mother likes this delicacy alot alot. I've been google-ing for quite some time, but the pics of their gao don't look like yours.
