Aunty, I would like to seek your advice.. how do you 'stick' the almond so nicely against the walls of the cake? I have been trying to improve my decorating skills, but I just do not know how to have the almonds or chocolate shavings, etc 'stick' nicely. Do advise. Thanks.

Hi Forever Friend,

They will stick because the whipped cream is soft and wet.

Hi Aunty,

I just finish reading the recipe for "Corniest Corn Muffins" and would like to bake them soon. May I know what is YELLOW CORNMEAL? Is it easily available in most supermarkets or baking supply stores? Can I substitute it with cornflour instead?

Thanks!

Hi Kimmy,

You can get cornmeal from Jasons, Cold Storage, Market Place.

hi aunt yo!

thanks! will check it out...

just a suggestion... recently some of the bakes u've created already have got recipes already published in ur blog... maybe just after all the pictures, u can put a link to that recipe's page or just comment that "recipe already published in blog"

thus... will end all the requests for recipes? :)

Hi jacqueline.

what you can do is to key in the name of the cake in my search column which is on the right hand side (top) of my homepage N you will know whether the recipe is there or not.

Hi Aunty,

Hi Aunty Yochana

Can't seem to locate this recipe in your cake index. Is it called strawberry sweetie?

Cheers
