Hi Yochana,

I tried your bread & buns but turned out stickly, how is it so? Thanks

hi anonymous,

It could be due to many factors. Your machine is not powerful enough to beat out the gluten in the flour. Sticky means also you did not beat long enough to let develop.

Hi Yochana,

Thanks for your quick reply. I don't have bread machine, I used hand to kneld the mixture. How long must we kneald? Thanks

HI ANONYMOUS,

NO NEED bread machine. Just an electric meixer like Kenwood or Kitchen Aid will do.

Hands got no power so it takes a minimum of 15 mins. kneading until it's no more sticky. Hit the dough onto the table very hard and many times if you use your hands to knead. You can give a try again.

Dear Yochana,

Everyday, without fail, I love to visit your blog as I will sure find so many different type of bakes. How I wish I could bake those.

May I suggest that you compile your recipes into a book. I will for sure be the first one in line to purchase it.

Hi Kit,

yes bread dough can be freezed. Sometimes when I ran out of time, I will freeze them. I've not tried many days, mine is only 2 days..

For sweet bun recipes, use the ikan bilis bun dough.
