I used mochi bread flour then add in green tea powder, red beans, water, egg.

go to my "Black Sesame Mochi Bread" and the address of the company that sells a lot of mochi stuff is there. "Zhong Yong".

Well..if you can gather some friends, i can start a bread class for you.

Hi Aunty, is it possible if I substitute glutinous rice flour for the mochi bread flour? I can't get mochi bread flour here in my hometown.

So Zhong Yong sells just the mochi bread flour, no the premix? i'm confused here.

Hi Aunty, I tried the Green Tea Mochi bread too... but too lazy to cook red beans so I used black sesame instead. Verdict: Not too good... green tea tasted a little bitter and it wasn't sweet enough.
Did u cook the red bean or was it from a can? If from can, where can I get it... Thank you!

I don't you can use the ordinary glutinous rice flour but you can always try a little. I don't know but it might work.

I cooked the red beans myself. Infact I added in extra green tea hence the intense green colour...
