Hi aunty,
The name sounds interesting:> Is this baked or deep fried donut? It looks tender and soft. Is it as soft the next day? Hope u can share this recipe. :>

Hi Aunty,

I've got a questions regarding macaroons. How do you make them so uniform? Do you draw circles on the paper?

thanks heaps!

Hi Jenny,

No lah...I don't draw circles. I just pipe it out free hand. It's very natural to get them uniform because as you pipe you will remember the pressure that you exert and then all will come out uniform.

Hi Zainab,

I just melt the chocolate and dip it. No need to make any frosting ..

Hello Aunty

How do u keep the shape so uniformed? I tried making them yesterday, when I lift them out to fry it, the shape was distorted and burned.

Can u pls share the recipe? Mine was hardden the next day.

Hi Serene,

make sure you dust your pan with flour before putting them on the pan to proof. Lift it up lightly otherwise it will be out of shape.
