Is it all creamy durian filling inside? Wow yummy..

Hmm actually I need to ask how do you choose the durian to make cakes/desserts etc ? Is it the same ask those we normally eat or..?

Like for banana cakes we usually use very ripe bananas so how does it go for durian?

hi aunty yo,

what a fantastic creation! Both are my favourite - durian and bavarian cream!! So yummy!!!

May i guess, first u mixed durian and the bavarian cream together than place in a mould. Finish with a layer of cake. Chill in the fridge to set?

Hi connie,

For Durian cream cakes, the most important thing is that your durian must be of good quality and that's all. But then...must be ripe too lah..

Hi Nur,

I did post Kuih Ambon but don't know whether got recipe or not. You go on top of my home page and at the left hand corner, there's a small blank page. Type whatever recipe you are looking for..it's something like a search column.
