Wow another durian dessert. Aunty Yochana, I made your durian cheesecake on Father's Day for my hubby, everyone loved it. Though my cake turned out a disaster (used an 8" pan, batter and crust too much so no space for the topping) it still tasted great. Thank you for sharing. Now I'd really appreciate it if you could share this durian puff recipe as well. Cant you already tell I love durian :)
thank you

My puff rise beautifully while inside the oven, but it drop flat to the bottom after come out from the oven :(...suggestion pls aunty Yochana? mail@fanny-w.ws

yochana said...

Hi Fanny,

Oh..when the puff collapse, it shows that they are not completely dried out. Because of the softness, it just collapse. I suggest you bake a little longer to more cooked and golden and it will not collapse anymore.

Try it out and let me know ..

Have fun.

When i bake longer, it turn to be dark brown and looks like burn.
My temperature is 180 degrees Celcius and i bake it 25-30mins. Do i need to reduce the temperature and bake longer?
Thank you :)

yochana said...

Hi Fanny,

Mmm...your oven temperature might be too hot...lower down the temp. and bake a little longer.
