do u grease the baking mould with butter or simply just laid with paper? (especially those special design moulds) ur cakes, muffins always turn out great browning colour, looks appetizing!!!

Let me just say that it is so great of you to make desserts out of this fruit. Not a lot of people like it because of some reasons which i think are obvious to you. Hehe. It is however a delicacy here in the Philippines!
