Hi Auntie,

Your cakes are simply irresistible!
Even though I am new to your blog, am already getting hooked on.

Think I am getting fatter just by drooling at your cakes.

Hi Aunty Yo,

Though this cake is "tropical", somehow it still reminds me of Christmas. Haha, must be the white icing(?), looks like snow :) I like!

hi bluecrystal,

there's chopped pineapple and MALIBU LIQUER in the cake.

the outside, I used butter cream with desiccated coconut.

Hi Aunty Yochana

Could you post this recipe? My daughters love anything to do with chococlate. You mentioned that Malibu Liquer is used but if I don't have this, what other substitute liquer can I use? Cointreau?

Thanks
Shirlyn

Hi Shirlyn,

Yes u can use Cointreau , or you can just omit it.
