how does it taste like? i've tried making it some time back but it turned out to be very dry. Its nothing like the original lapis with the yolks.

Hi aunty im diana. i made this last year when my fren brought a copy of the recipe from Indonesia. it is not so tasty - very dry . maybe my mixing . i will email u the recipe i have . maybe u can see where i went wrong.

Hi Xan and Diana,

Egg white lapis are normally dry compared to the normal lapis using egg yolks. Though it's dry, it still taste nice with a cup of coffee.
