i actually attempted to go thru all the bakes you have done in the blogs record, and i am still in awe and in drool.

everything u bake are artistically colorful, temptingly delicious, in sight & in palate i am certain.

endless praises and kudos!!! gosh, i have loads to catch up and learn from you. and yep, i have to master my basics first. =D

Hi Aunty,
Thanks, I will try the Steamed Coffee and Coconut Small Cakes again. This time I will use two mould cups to press.
Today, I make the Brown Sugar Fatt Gou. Oh, it very soft and spongy, and it not too sweet. But, why when I sprinkle the golden raisins on the batter, its sink to the bottom?

Probably your raisins are too heavy for the batter.

Oh wow! It looks gorgeous. I can't believe that I've never thought about making a tiramisu tart. It just seems so simple, yet so elegant. Would it be possible for you to post the recipe? Thanks
