Wow...you also noticed my late posting of my cakes. I've been busy helping out in my dh's office and can only bake after office hours, hence the late posting.

My oven is a commercial oven and it can take in 4 trays of 60 cm x 40 cm. at one go. Though I need 20 amp current each time I on the oven but it somehow saves my baking time to 4 x too and it's pretty fast.
