i made these tarts 2 wks ago..yummy! I love these tarts so much..I called it Srikaya Tart..coz the kaya is actually the top part of Putri Salat.Is yers the same too?

aunty...is this the normal egg tart base and normal pandan kaya filling ? same like the pandan kaya for the pandan kaya cake?

You're right, the pandan kaya is almost the same as the pandan kaya cake custard.

serikaya has more eggs than this recipe of mine and I also added in some instant jelly to let it set.
