Hello Aunty Yochana

I am very new to all things related to baking (going to tk class soon) and I love yr blog! Anyway, after looking at yr goodies fm Pantry Magic, I couldn't resist but popped into the store (in HK) to hv a look. Now I know how cakes look like fm those cake moulds! So so pretty!!! Anyway, I mentioned yr blog to the staff at Pantry Magic and they knew who I was talking abt!!!!! Yr bakes are simply incredible!!!!

Can u pls tell me where to buy pandan paste (in SG) and is there a brand that u prefer? I can't get it here and hv to ask friends to bring it for me in the meantime. Tks for yr help.

Hi Aunty

Very pretty puddings! I like the moulds, are they from Nordic Ware ? Did you get them in Singapore?

Cheers.

Aunty Lucy,

Those baking pans were beautiful. With all the details of the flowers is it difficult to take the pudding out?

By the way, Happy 1st birthday to your blog. I've been enjoying it daily. Is like a daily theraphy for me. Thank you so much.

Aunty, looks interesting... Is it a pudding on top of a slice of cake? The moulds are very nice. Are they Nordic Ware?

Very nice and pretty moulds, Lucy. Is this a cake or a pudding or a combination of both? Let me guess.. a combi of both cake (inside) and pudding on the outside? hehe..wrong? bingo? haha..

Jestina,

It's orange agar agar with a thin sponge cake base.

Hi Snwan,

Wow..thanks for reminding me that my blog is one year old. Time really flies...

The pans are really good. Irrespective whether it's a baked cake or agar agar, it comes out very very easily. Like Jam said, it's Nordic Ware.

Hi Angeline,

The cake is at the base. You can buy the mould from Chong Trading at "The Adelphi", 2nd floor, coleman Street. Tel: 63360560
