hi

u are really good:) did u learn all this somewhere, or by experiment? im into baking but by trial and error at home. didnt want to fork out the $$ for classes, although we learn better by looking at people doing it rather than trial and error at home. :)

hi anonymous,

I don't post all recipes unless requested. Too many to post though. Anyway those that are already post will keep you busy for sometime. Happy trying.

HI my,

Initially I learnt cake making for a number of years but the later part is more of chit chatting in the class and not paying attention anymore...it's fun to meet friends in the class though. Now I don't attend class anymore, just following recipes from books.

It's good to learn the basic from a instructor first then the rest is to keep baking and keep practising. Trial and error is not cheap though...at times it goes straight to the bin and cakes like cheese cakes could be quite costly though.

Anyway, keep baking n you'll be find. Remember to follow the instructions in the method and your ingredients too..

Aunty Lucy,I love meringues...hopefully can have some at next gathering... =)

My...next time you are cooking anything cream based do it in a double boiler or in a glass bowl balanced over a small pot of simmering water. It will never burn...
