Baked New York Cheesecake using your recipe. Very yummy but the finishing of the cheesecake is not brown. Please advise what should I do to achieve the browning effect.

Hi HSL,
to achieve the brown surface, switch off the oven when it's done and leave the cheesecake in the oven to cool. The cheesecake will turn slightly brown on top.
