In which book can I find the recipe for your chilled strawberry tarts? Is the blueberry cheesetart recipe in the same book? Tot of making it as desserts for my dad's B-day on April's Fool Day. Thks

Hi Kwa kwa,

For the chilled strawberry tart, I just take any sweet pastry to make the tarts and then blind bake and pour some cheese filling inside. Chill it then pour some strawberry fillings on top. You can also put blueberry pie fillings.
