I let the rose seep in the hit agar agar just like making lipton tea , then I drain it away. Smells nice n then I drop some on top as decoration. When I eat, I pick out the roses and throw it into the dustbin. Didn't try the rose bud...guess it must be bitter and I don't like bitter taste.

no special mould needed here. All you need are 2 heart shaped moulds. One big and one small.
