Ice-cream shaped like this ...gosh..I can't imagine how it's made. Gotta to use a special ice-cream mould? But they look delicious :-)
I had this in Switzerland and it was awesome. During that time, I only know how to eat and didn't explore so much into how they do it. Care to share your ideas?

So sorry for the confusion...I wrote I ate the ice-cream but did not mention that I ate it in Thai Village...LOL
They also have it in apple shape, pear shape ....
