Wow! What a beautiful art piece! How were you able to make the middle deco so perfect? Is it some kind of mould?

I would love to be able to make this for my 2 year old.

Dear cui,
thanks for your kind words. Exam over? Good Luck...

Hi tricia lee-chin, there is no special mould for this agar agar. Just use any ring pan will do.

Dear Yochana,

Tricia again ... sorry to sound so stupid ... but, how are you able to get the center deco in there?

Hi tricia lee-chin

First you have to make the sago part (red) first by pouring into the mould which you are using. Let it set and then take it out. Then cook the white portion, pour some white portion in the same mould, semi-set then put in the red part and then pour the balance white part into the mould.
