Hi Yochana,

Your macaroons looks delicious and it was my
favourite. When I crave for it, I would go to the
bakery at Marriot Hotel to buy it. But it is very
expensive, $1.50 +++ per piece. I understand that it
is quite difficult to bake the macaroons. It is true.
Can you share your recipe and techniques?

Can I go over to your place to see how you bake the
next time you are making macaroons?

Thank you

Jennifer Kwa

Hi Jennifer,

These macaroons doesn't need special technique.

Just pipe and let it rest for 30 mins. on the tray before baking.
I will try to post the recipe.
