Aunty,

I've a recipe for watermalon agar-agar but never try before.

In the recipe it's stated that the watermalon must be skinned, seeded, pureed and sieved.

My question:-
1. The pureed watermalon need to be blend or crush?
2. After sieved, should I use the juice or what?

Thanks.

Hi anonymous,

The watermelon must be blended and use only the water.

Hi Aunty Yochana,

Those watermelon agar agars are so cute!!! I really want to try to make one. What kind of mold are you using? Or how do you shape it into watermelon shape? Thank you :)

Hi anonymous,

I didn't use any special mould. I used a normal square tin and then when it's set, I sliced it.
